Fuel/petrol/'Gas'
The 'regular' petrol here is 87 octane. The most 'premium' is 91 octane. The LOWEST octane at home is 92. I put 89 in the Taurus and it actually started to behave like a normal car. Gas here is about A$65c a litre and don't they bitch about it. A lot of conversations I have with Americans, they want to know about gas prices overseas like they are paranoid that we are getting cheaper petrol than them. I love to wipe that look off their faces.
George W just announced some measures recently to help with the looming gas 'crisis'. One of the main measures was announced as trying to help countries like India to become more fuel efficient!!!. Goddam poor foreign countries for using up the fuel that should be going to America!! Death to everyone who uses fuel (except America).
