First of all: I HATE BLOGS. They are the height of modern day egotism - actually believing that strangers out there may actually give a fuck about what you say or do.
The purpose of this blog is to share my travels relieving me from the need to send postcards. (yes a selfish motivation triggered by laziness) My day to day life is not for display.

Nice! But you should also try locking your exposure settings.
Specifically, for a landscape shot, use the smallest aperture (largest f-stop number) so you have the largest depth of field (so practically everything is in focus).
Then take some exposure readings by half-pressing in your shutter release - do that over many points of the whole area that you want to capture. What you're trying to do is find the best shutter speed.
When you've found the shutter speed, lock it in along with your aperture and white balance (which probably won't change much in a shot like this anyway) and then shoot your shots.
When you stitch your photos together they'll look better - in particular you'll find that where the images overlap you'll no longer have a greatly differing brightness.
Don't forget to check that the horizon is level....
