On Monday night I cooked the chicken I bought at Albertsons. It appeared quite soft when I put it in the pan and it immediately left a soft surface goo on the frypan. It disintegrated slightly when I poked it with the tong things I got given in my apartment. Even when cooked it was soft as well. A bit disconcerting really.
I put in some red kidney beans and the vodka marinara and had it with some good Trader Joes' fettucini. All in all it wasn't too bad. Ate this for the next two days. I will have to track down a proper butcher - or become a vegetarian by choice. Vic I and Vic C would be proud.

Yeah, meat and shit isn't something they do well. Unless it's steak in Texas - then it's awesome!
